Yoghurt bundt cake
- 225 g natural yoghurt
- 200 g caster sugar
- 150 ml vegetable oil
- 450 g plain flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ package vanilla sugar (8g)
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Sift flour and baking powder, set aside.
Beat the eggs for a few minutes until pale and fluffy. Slowly add both sugars and beat.
Add yoghurt, oil and mix. Add flour combined with baking powder and stir.
Bake (for example in a greased bundt pan) for about 50 - 60 minutes at 160ºC.
